1. Create an account for your company on the IEPA home page (bottom left corner)

2. Complete the required information fields in the online questionnaire Submit the information

3. The system will generate an automated email confirmation request Check your spam / junk mail filter—these emails made end up there.

4. Respond to the confirmation request (your account will usually be activated within 24 hours after you confirm your email address)

5. The account will be reviewed by a safety consultant and you will be contacted with the results of the review. If additional information is required it can be uploaded electronically to the account. START PREQUALIFICATION
